You do not need an insurance license to become a KonnectMD Agent, as we are not an insurance company. However, we require new agents to complete the Core Agent & Member Experience Pro certifications, which take less than three hours. These certifications are designed to prepare you to share our membership compliantly and serve clients confidently.
