Accessing Your Services

*Please allow up to 3 business days for the setup of new accounts. 

Welcome to the Family!

Once your account is implemented, there are a few steps to complete to use your service.

To become a patient in our provider's system, you must register with MeMD by Walmart Health Virtual Care - our telemedicine provider.  Medical providers can not conduct a visit with any patient that is not registered in their Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

STEP 1. 
ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

Once your account has been set up, visit www.MeMD.me/KonnectMD, and enter your Member ID number and email address. 

 

You will receive an email giving you access to your activated account, the next step will be to create a password. 

STEP 2.
YOUR CLIENT PROFILE

Be sure to register yourself and any family members. Only Walmart Health's team of providers will have access to your records or know any of the details surrounding your care. Once we have set up your account, if you have any issues registering your family members, contact MeMD's, 24/7, customer care line with that concern and other concerns revolving around your client portal. (855) 636-3669

STEP 4.
YOUR RX CARD

Your KonnectMD Rx card gives you direct access to our No-Cost Acute Medication Program and gives you access to the entire suite of KonnectMD Rx products and discounts!

 

Download your RX card.  Give the pharmacist your name and the information that's listed on the card. 

*Your KonnectMD Rx card can be used in every state, and at many pharmacies, some restrictions may apply in MD, ME, and WA.
